My mind has shriveled up and I am exhausted. All thanks to the Book Fair that breezed through my library and left me a puddle of mush. Today my library is back to normal, but I am still on overload. Too much time spent talking to kids about what they could spend their 50 cents on when all the books are 3.99 or above. Too much junk food that wasn't on my diet. Too much chaos in my normally well ordered library.
Forgive me if this is all I can type right now. I was too tired to even take pictures of the library before and after, so I can't even show you. Suffice it to say that my library looked like an African Safari complete with miles of green paper, leaves, tigers, gorillas, and books.
Wish I could take the day to recover. Sadly, I am back at work.
Yawn.

My kids love when the book fair comes. I usually take Katie up there to spend some money too. And once I helped out. It was so hard to try and explain to the kids that they couldn't buy a book. Maybe a bookmark. But not a book. I wanted to buy them all books.
2 more days til Friday. Just think of all the little minds you influenced. That's gotta give you a good feeling. Sounds like you have a great variety to choose from.
Hi, I found your blog via The Nester.
Come on over for a visit.
I have all kinds of natural goodies that are helping my hormones and helping me to ovulate properly.
Check out Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon and www.westonaprice.com for a start.

Play hooky one day. You deserve it.
I thought of you today when we were walking Caroline to school. Two guys were unloading boxes and boxes and boxes for our book fair next week.
I'm glad yours is over and hope you can take some time this weekend to recover and catch up on some sleep.
