pumpkin time...

Fall means:
  • Pumpkin spice candles
  • Thanksgiving
  • Turkeywith gravy and mashed potatoes made with real butter
  • That other scary holiday

  • Crisp apples with caramel
  • Leaves swirling around my neighborhood in an array of colors
  • Orange sunflowers that my husband brought me
  • Cool walks with a dog on a leash
  • Yard sales

  • Planning for Christmas shopping
  • My birthday
  • Sweaters and coats and scarves and mittens
  • Football Frenzy (at my house at least)
  • Cuddling up with a good book and a blanket

What is fall to you?

Fall is all of those things to me but not the football thing. My husband's sport is Basketball. UGH! I love ice hockey myself. Must be the animal side of me. Tee hee. Beautiful pictures!

My favorite thing about fall is the change in color of the leaves. I love an orange or a red tree. Not so much when they fall off the tree...just when they are looking all gorgeous.

I also like the change in weather. We haven't quite had that yet, but soon...

gorgeous colors on that flower. I would say my list is close to yours. My favorite is the cool crisp air and crunchy leave under my feet.

However the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard at DQ is at the top of the list. And this morning I tried Pumpkin Pie Cappuccino. All I can say about that is "WoW! Yummy"
