Today I am welcoming an old friend into my house and am writing about it as part of Tuesday's Unwrapped at Chatting at the Sky. A friend from college. The one friend who taught me what it is to stick by someone, even when you don't know what to say. The friend who was my Maid of Honor when I stood up in a white dress and told my man he would be my man forever.
The friend who hasn't lived here since I got a digital camera, so I have no pictures to show you. I will edit this post later, once I have one of Beth.
Our plans include: hitting Cookout, the Juice Shop, Friendly Center and watching copious amounts of Gilmore Girls DVDs.
Make new friends, but keep the old, right?
also: I don't know what the photobucket problem is...any ideas as to what might be wrong?
I am a woman with more questions than answers. I am constantly searching, learning, decorating, loving and muddling my way through this life. I live under His grace. I stray daily from my faith, my diet, the road, but never my husband. I could eat a whole dish of tiramisu and not feel guilty. I could knit a sweater with all the dog hair on my floor, if I swept it up, or knew how to knit. I am hanging on, holding out, and hoping for the best God has to offer.

oh yay! Glad you linked up. And how fun that Beth is in town :) Now change your link on my blog to your permalink to this and all will be right with the world;)
I'm so excited for you both! Sounds like tons of fun!
Old friends are sweet, aren't they? :)
There's something so great about an old friend - the kind you can not see for months or years and then pick up with like it's only been hours. The kind that knows you deep down because they've known you for ages--seen you laugh, cry, change. Thanks for sharing this. :)
Love the pic!
